The Eckhart family wanted a pool, spa, and outdoor living area in a very tight area that also gave them some privacy from a community walking path that paralleled the property.

We designed a raised wall along the back of the pool and incorporated landscaping to completely block any prying eyes from the walking path and create the privacy that The Eckharts wanted. To add a relaxed ambience to the pool, we also placed custom water features within this wall. This project also included an outdoor kitchen and stone fire pit area that help in preserving the larger portion of the yard. The excavated soils from the pool were used to flatten out the remaining yard and turn it into a usable play area.
